秋田县
福禄寿酒造创立于1688年(江户元禄年间),初代渡边彦兵卫在秋田县五城目町开始酿酒。五城目町位于以男鹿半岛和生剥鬼闻名的八郎湖以东,当地建筑多使用秋田杉木,仓前还有已有五百年历史的早市。酿酒用水取自酒藏院内的地下水,酿酒原料米则由当地「五城目酒米研究会」的签约农家供应。以「以米之地、水之地、人之地」为主题,致力于酿造出能让人感受到秋田县五城目町独特文化的清酒,2017年更成立农业法人,深化与签约农家的合作。
