Kotsuzumi Cosmos Magnum is a Junmai Daiginjo from Nishiyama Shuzojo in Tanba, Hyogo, using Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, produced in a large-format bottle for celebratory occasions. Drawing on the brewery's ultra-soft Chinjutenzen well water and year-round brewing tradition since 1849, this expression delivers a clean, refined daiginjo character.
