酒藏于1875年(明治八年)创立,面朝山口县濑户内海旧山阳道,是一家小规模酒藏。冬季杜氏在严寒中精心酿造,以「滋味绝佳的美丽日本酒」为目标。刚榨出的原酒不经过滤,在低温下熟成一至两年,呈现更深沉柔和且余韵锋利的酒质设计。此外,酒藏还在珍视传统的同时积极尝试创新,如以当地红薯酿制的薯烧焼酎「吉助」,以及使用当地梅子酿制的「梅之香」梅酒等。
