Description

Bon Rokkuzake Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu is brewed from Yamadanishiki, the most prized sake rice in Japan, and bottled as a raw, undiluted genshu. The Yamadanishiki origin contributes rich umami, deep fruit character, and superb structure, while the namagenshu bottling preserves the vibrant, full-strength energy of fermentation. From Saiki Shuzo in Fukui, this is a bold and luxurious expression.
