微发泡酒 Puchipuchi 末广

Lightly sparkling sake from Suehiro Shuzo in Fukushima, made through in-bottle secondary fermentation that naturally traps carbon dioxide, resulting in fine, gentle bubbles and a sake meter value of around -20. At 7 to 8% alcohol with a refreshing sweet character, it is one of the brewery's most approachable expressions.
