It was prepared with Yamada Nishiki, which has been polished to 40 %, and Heisei's famous water "Oji Shimizu". It is a pure rice Daiginjo sake with an elegant scent and a smooth taste. It is recommended for gifts with a gorgeous wooden box with foil stamping.
