「诱惑的复古拼配」。酒藏深处,111号储藏罐。由山田锦与美山锦酿成的这款酒,在长达12年的时光里纹丝未动,将米本来的旨味缓缓熟成。恍若淡淡的金色溶解其中,光芒之下的色调无限透明。倒入杯中时发出轻微的嘎吱声,是一款富有艺术感的拼配佳酿。侧耳倾听,隐约可闻心跳的声音。开封时,心跳愈发强烈,迷雾渐散,缓缓苏醒。黑暗中,兰花的芬芳诱惑并抚慰着品饮者。入口后,当年的风味、酸味的深邃以及熟成带来的辛辣相互交织。与肉类或鱼类的搭配或许不太相宜,但与巧克力、干果、坚果相配,则将展开全新的风景。从常温15°C升至20°C时,发泡感愈发明显。
