Masuda, the hometown of Somi, is a beautiful land where Utaika persimmon, Maro Maro, and Snowy Shohu. The famous sake "Somi" was used from the founder of the founder Uda Ukyo Ryotaka Masamasa, "Honoro Somi". (Shimane Sake Brewery Association) Water is soft water raised from 30m underground. We continue to build the Sea of Japan, which is characterized by gorgeous aroma and elegant flavor, adding traditional techniques that have been handed down for generations.
