In the Meiji era, advanced rice policy technology was won the first honorary award with the National Sake Bears Radio in the Taisho era, along with the National Sake Bears, along with the “Moon Koukage” and “Kame -Old Sake Brewery”. We changed to an organization and established "Kamo Shizuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.". (95 years ago) In 1958 (Showa 33), Daiginjo Sake, Daiginzo, "Special Gold Komatsuru," was released to other companies. Ginjo, Daiginjo Sake brewing technology has been established. Using "Quality First" as a company motto, we are making sake brewing with the traditional skills and passion of Mr. Hiroshima.
