Otemon is brewed by Suzuki Shuzo, a sake brewery founded in Meiji 4 (1871) in Saitama Prefecture, where the brewery has accumulated numerous gold prizes at national sake competitions. The Otemon lineup spans daiginjo, ginjo, and junmai styles, each crafted with select ingredients and the careful methods that have earned the brewery regional recognition. Located in the greater Edo plain, Saitama's abundant clean water resources have long supported the area's sake-making traditions.
