Kura no Hana rice polished to 50% is presented here in its raw, unpasteurized namazake form under the Inspiration label, preserving the vivid citrus freshness and juicy rice character that define the unheated style. The ginjo-equivalent koji preparation lends depth despite the tokubetsu junmai classification. Soft Zao underground spring water and Miyagi yeast anchor this all-Miyagi expression.
