以精米步合55%的宮真錦釀造,通過瓶內二次發酵鎖住自然氣泡與新酒活潑風味的濁酒。諏訪的伊東酒造使用霧ヶ峰地下水與長野縣產米,展現出信州清酒獨有的地域個性。瓶內發酵特有的細膩氣泡與蘋果般明亮的酸味,在淡淡的混濁之中徐徐散開。
