Tokubetsu junmai genshu (undiluted) from the Yamaguchi brewery Otsu Shurui Jyozo under the Yokihidensetsu label. No product-specific rice, polishing ratio, or tasting information was found; the genshu designation indicates the sake is bottled at natural fermentation strength without water addition.
