This product was selected by the popular sake expert Yoshida Rui, who has been traveling across Japan to promote sake culture through various media appearances, and has garnered a following of fans. The product name 'Sozoro' was inspired by his own haiku composed while enjoying Ura-kasumi sake on a sightseeing boat connecting Matsushima and Shiogama on a moonlit night: 'Drunk, under the winter moon in silence.'
