It is a plum wine made from a full -fledged shochu made from Moromi during the Great East Japan Earthquake, and a full -fledged shochu used for this product has a wish for "regeneration". It features a comfortable sour taste and rounded umami and sweetness that has been aged moderately by refrigerated storage.
