以40%精米步合釀造的大吟釀,出自千葉縣一家全程採用傳統槽搾(船搾)方式壓榨的小型酒藏,水源取自歷史城鎮久留里附近的愛宕山泉水。酒藏以千葉縣產米為主要原料,維持近乎全手工的釀造生產。
