這款酒選用最高級酒米「山田錦」,精米步合研磨至40%,經長期低溫發酵精心釀造而成。釀造在嚴冬時節進行,採用「袋吊」工藝——將酒袋懸掛,讓酒液自然滴落,逐滴收集於大瓶之中。其特點是細膩複雜,在口中擴散開來的鮮味與令人聯想到果實的醇厚香氣令人印象深刻。
