Description

Kuranohana, Miyagi Prefecture's signature sake rice, is polished to 55% for this junmai ginjo from Suminoe Shuzo in Ishinomaki. The all-Miyagi recipe using Kuranohana and Miyagi yeast yields a fresh, lychee-tinged aroma with lean, smart umami and a dry, lifting finish.
