Junmai ginjo from the Sakuragao line, polished to 50% using Ginga rice (吟ぎんが), brewed in Morioka, Iwate with locally developed yeast and Nanbu toji craftsmanship. The 50% polish yields a lively, fruity character with a clean, well-defined finish.
