A junmai from Tabata Shuzo in Wakayama City, brewed with Kinokawa River subterranean water using traditional cold-season methods at the 1851-founded brewery. The nose carries a light, pure rice character, and the palate is clean and moderately dry with steady rice umami and a refreshing acidity.
