這款純米吟釀以從白神山地引至酒藏的湧泉水為釀造用水,將美山錦同時以霞多麗葡萄酒酵母和清酒酵母共同發酵後,再於橡木桶中熟成。葡萄酒酵母帶來的鮮明酸味與桶熟的柔和圓潤交相輝映,日本酒與西洋酒的傳統在此靜靜相融。
