The raw rice uses Yamada Nishiki and is polished to 40 %. By making it slightly lower than Daiginjo, the taste and sweetness of rice unique to pure rice are expressed, and the mouthfeel is milder. The scent is slightly calm compared to Daiginjo, but you can enjoy a gorgeous scent that is well balanced with the taste. A pleasant finish spreads with a beautiful aftertaste. This is also a little cool or at room temperature!
