不經壓榨後「活性炭過濾」工藝處理的酒被稱為無過濾生酒。據說原本釀好的酒口感粗糙、雜味較多,顏色也相當濃重。然而隨著釀酒技術的進步,可以釀造出無需過濾便可享用的清酒了。但由於品質保障和儲存方面的問題,仍以生酒形式飲用。今年的無過濾生純米吟釀同樣美味!
