這款上撰本釀造來自倉橋島的蔵元,以65%精米步合的八反錦釀造,使用經相鄰三座山谷花崗岩過濾的湧泉水,採用廣島式釀造法精心釀製。日本酒度+4.5,屬略辛口類型,以乾淨利落的清銳收尾為特色,溫飲同樣出色。
