It is a pure rice Daiginjo that uses 38 % rice white rice, "Bizen Omachi", which is suitable for sake -brewing in Okayama Prefecture. It is a smooth and deep taste with a gorgeous scent and a flavor full of wild flavor peculiar to Omachi.
