Meiju Honjozojosen Namachozoshu is a premium, unpasteurized-stored honjozo from Meijusyuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Unlike standard honjozo, this nama-chozo was pasteurized only once before storage, preserving extra freshness and a slightly more vibrant character.
