這款純米酒以栃木縣產五百萬石為主要用米，在自1865年起持續以超軟水自家湧泉釀造的鹽谷町松乃壽酒藏中釀製。幾乎不含礦物質的水促進純淨發酵，帶來紮實的質感、溫和的酸味以及清爽乾淨的收尾。
