Description

The m' vintage series commemorates the brewery with the initial shared by the brand, the president, and the head brewer, and each release carries the brewing year. Made from Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki at 45% polishing, this junmai daiginjo shows a sake meter of +6 alongside fragrant, well-structured aromatics.
