Kunimare Kuradashinisenjunana Ginjogenshu is a cellar-release undiluted ginjo from Kunimare Sake Brewery in Hokkaido, with the name indicating it was drawn directly from the brewery in 2017. As a genshu, it is bottled at full fermentation strength, preserving the concentrated flavors and bold character that emerge from Hokkaido's cold-climate fermentation.
