A junmai ginjo from Kongou Shuzo in Okayama under the Kongo label, brewed without added alcohol and with rice polished to at least 60 percent. Okayama's heritage as an Omachi rice-growing region gives local breweries access to high-quality raw ingredients for premium expressions. The junmai ginjo classification balances fruity ginjo aromas with the full body of pure rice brewing.
