Description
Produced by the sole remaining brewery in central Kyoto's Rakuchu district, this shiboritate junmai ginjo is made with water from the famous Kinmeisui and Ginmeisui springs associated with tea master Sen no Rikyu. Minimal filtration preserves the fresh, natural character of the newly pressed sake.
