將醪糟裝入棉袋掛於棒上,僅收集依靠自重自然滴落的雫,採用袋吊工法釀造的大吟釀。將兵庫縣產山田錦自家精米至39%,以岩木山伏流水釀製。曾在東北清酒鑑評會榮獲優等獎,是豊盃的代表性佳作。
