Hiyaoroshi Azumacho is a honjozo hiyaoroshi using Reihou polished to 68% from Seto Shuzo in Saga. Reihou is a Saga-bred sake rice, and autumn hiyaoroshi release after summer cellaring adds rounded depth to this seasonal Kyushu honjozo.
