Hananoharu Ginjo is a ginjo-class expression from Hananoharushuzo in Naruto City, Tokushima, produced with rice polished to at least 60% and fermented at low temperature to develop the signature fruity-floral aromatic profile of the category. The brewery is situated at the gateway to the Awa region, where clean water sourced from the surrounding uplands supports the careful, low-temperature fermentation that ginjo demands. This sake reflects the brewery's ambition to represent Tokushima's brewing tradition at a recognized quality tier.
