俳聖松尾芭蕉出生地附近、伊賀市一家小型家族經營酒藏,將山田錦磨至50%精米步合,以秋田式花酵母AK-1釀製的大吟釀。採用袋榨與瓶殺菌的限量生產方式,比起純粹的香氣更注重均衡的風味,曾榮獲全國鑑評會金獎。
