Description

「純米大吟釀獺祭美醉」以磨き二割三分全新誕生。低酒精度酒一直是旭酒造二十年來的課題,歷經多次挑戰屢屢受挫。通過加水調整無法獲得滿意的味道與香氣。在發酵初期進行比「磨き其先へ」更為精密的溫度管理與汲水管理,實現了最終酒精度不足12度的酒品。壓榨後完全不加水,直接裝瓶。由此,誕生了一款酒精度僅11度,卻香氣馥郁、具備純米大吟釀品格的佳釀。
