Description

Hiroshima-grown Senbonishiki rice, polished to 50%, is the foundation of this daiginjo from Etajima Meijo on Etajima Island. Hand-crafted using the traditional koji-buta (lid-box) method with soft spring water from Mount Furutaka, it delivers a fruity daiginjo aroma and an elegant, clean finish.
