作為千葉日本酒活性化計畫「actiba」參與酒藏所釀的特別純米酒。透過高溫進行山廢仕込的獨特工法,產生出乳酸菌帶來的豐厚旨味與深邃酸味。創立於慶應3年(1867年)的東灘醸造以純手工精心完成。
