1830
Ishikawa Sake Brewery was founded in the first year of the Tenpo era (1830).
2012
The brewery's main storehouse and 15 other structures on the grounds were registered as National Tangible Cultural Properties.
2018
Launched a new brand, 'Yamaishi,' alongside its flagship 'Fukii' label. The new line focuses exclusively on junmai sake, aiming for easy-drinking food-pairing quality.
