沿革

  1. 1868Founder Ide Yoshitaro started sake brewing using the clear spring water of the Ureshino River (Meiji 1).
  2. 1869The second-generation head, Ide Matajiro, was born (Meiji 2).
  3. 1894Founder Yoshitaro passed away at age 54 (Meiji 28).
  4. 1935Third-generation head Yoshishichiro passed away at age 36 (Showa 10).
  5. 1948Second-generation head Matajiro passed away at age 80 (Showa 23).
  6. 1955The company was formally incorporated (Showa 30).
  7. 1967Tetsutaro, eldest son of Yoshishichiro, returned home to join the family business (Showa 42).
  8. 2003The brewery's label design was adopted for the cover of JAXA's Hayabusa spacecraft performance calculation document.
