Hiro sake is inspired by Hiroemon Takeda, a renowned samurai and sake connoisseur who more than 200 years ago collaborated with master brewers to develop his own recipes. Launched in the United States in 2011 with a lineup of junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo expressions, the brand is brewed in Niigata Prefecture and has since expanded to more than 20 markets across the Americas, Japan, and Australia.
