O arroz Ginfubuki polido a 50% forma a base deste daiginjo da histórica cervejaria de Fushimi, fundada em 1677, cujos caracteres do rótulo foram caligrafiados pelo renomado pintor da era Meiji, Tomioka Tessai. A água da nascente Shiragiku de Fushimi, valorizada pelo baixo teor de ferro e minerais equilibrados e suaves, sustenta um aroma frutado e um perfil de sabor liso e refinado.
