Com polimento a 40% de Yamada Nishiki de Hyogo, produzido na Tsubosakashuzou, que elabora sake nas montanhas de Yume-mae-cho desde 1629 com água de degelo da cordilheira Seppiko. A fermentação com temperatura regulada naturalmente na antiga kura resulta em um daiginjo transparente e perfeitamente equilibrado.
