Uma expressão especial e limitada com polimento a 40%, produzida em pequenos lotes nesta cervejaria do Harima com aproximadamente 400 anos de história. Todos os sakes são fermentados com água de nascente de montanha e gestão tradicional de temperatura por abertura de portas, sem controle mecânico de clima, canalizando o terroir das montanhas Seppiko em cada prensagem.
