Trifoglio, em italiano 'trevo', é um junmai ginjo desta microcervejaria em Nagano, produzido com Miyama Nishiki polido a 50%, apresentando aromas de melão fresco e uva branca, com doçura leve e limpa e um final vivo e seco. A acidez animada e o equilíbrio bem integrado fazem dele um sake refrescante para harmonização com pratos.
