Yamatsuru Junmai Ginjo é produzido pela Nakamotoshuzouten, em Nara, com arroz polido ao padrão ginjo, resultando em um sake que equilibra aromas frutados de ginjo com o corpo mais pleno de um junmai. A fermentação sem adição de álcool permite que a doçura natural do arroz e o umami se manifestem ao lado das notas florais.
