Fundada no primeiro ano da era Edo Bunka (1804), a Tsuneyama Sake Brewery expressa o estilo 'Echizen Seco', uma 'entrada suave e saborosa' que valoriza o arroz e a agua em sintonia com o clima de Fukui. O arroz sake e cultivado na area de Miyama, em Fukui, cercada de belas montanhas e agua pura. A respiraçao das montanhas nutre os graos, o tempo fluı com calma e o sake e naturalmente moldado.
