O kuramoto Yohei Kurosawa dirige a cervejaria desde 2009. Usando arroz 100% de Nagano, com cultivo contratado junto a jovens agricultores locais em um raio de 35 km do armazem, e com foco no metodo tradicional kimoto, a cervejaria busca um sabor equilibrado e harmonioso.
