Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu é um junmai ginjo não filtrado, não diluído e não pasteurizado da Harahonten em Hiroshima, que preserva toda a energia bruta e a concentração do sake recém-prensado. Produzido com a água suave de Hiroshima e arroz cultivado localmente, apresenta uma sensação na boca viva e texturizada, com notas frutadas vibrantes e acidez suave, características do fermento ginjo de Hiroshima da cervejaria. O tratamento muroka (não filtrado) preserva sua cor natural e caráter encorpado e indomado.
