Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Girasole, cujo nome italiano significa girassol, é um junmai ginjo leve e voltado ao verão da Suwa Mikotsuru Shuzojo em Nagano, com um caráter brilhante e alegre adequado aos meses mais quentes. Fermentado com arroz para sake de Nagano em níveis de polimento ginjo, usando a água suave da região de Suwa a alta altitude, apresenta aromáticos frescos e frutados com um final nítido e limpo.
